As per the guidelines issued by Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange, only the Members of Madras Stock Exchange Ltd. can become sub-brokers of MSE Financial Services Ltd (MSEFSL)

The sub-brokers will obtain a Registration form from MSE FSL for getting themselves registered with SEBI, with the following enclosures :

04	Agreement between Stock Broker & Sub-broker on Rs.100 NJSP
05	Reference letter from the Applicant’s Banker and Chartered Accountant
06	Declaration from application about non-conviction or presently not under trial for any offence.
07	Undertaking from sub-broker about dealing directly with investors.
08	Undertaking from sub-broker to settle the obligations of clients.
09	Undertaking from sub-broker about dealing in fake and forged shares.
10	Confirmation from sub-broker that he has not applied through any other Trading Member of NSE.
11	Copy of SEBI Registration Certificate of sub-broker, affiliated with MSEFSL to trade in BOLT.
12	Proof of payment of Annual renewal fee of Rs.1000/- to SEBI
13	Latest shareholding pattern duly certified by CA - Annexure-L
14	Certified copy of the Board Resolution authorizing a Director to sign the SEBI registration form and all other undertakings / agreements.
15	Details of dominant promoter group – Annexure-M
16	Undertaking from Spouse of Dominant Promoter – Annexure-N
17	Certificate from applicant relating to shareholding pattern and dominant group and cross-holding – Annexure-O
18	Duly signed copy of Board resolution for appointment / resignation of Directors along with copy of Form 32 filed with RoC
19	Certified copy of the MOA & AOA
20	Proof of educational qualification of all the Directors
21	Proof of age of all the Directors
